Radio ZU Lease takes MIRO Office Property to Full Occupancy
Hili Properties plc, the owner of the MIRO Office property in Romania has leased the last 1,540 square meters of office space to Radio ZU, one of Romania’s most popular radio stations, taking MIRO’s occupancy to 100%. The deal was supported by the MIRO property developer SPEEDWELL Development.
Radio ZU, the Romanian commercial radio station with a listenership of over 2.3 million listeners daily, places Radio ZU at the top of the radio station list in Romania. Along with the Radio ZU studio and office, the space will be shared with Romantic FM studio as well, the only premium and exclusive radio station on the Romanian radio market with over 30 years of experience.
Situated in Bucharest’s northern area along the DN1 road, MIRO stands out as a premier destination for office and retail activities, spread over five levels and with a total leasable area of 23,000 square meters. This A-class office building has achieved the highest environmental certifications in Romania, including BREEAM Excellent and WELL certifications, highlighting its commitment to sustainable environments and employee well-being. The building features state-of-the-art facilities, including smart parking systems, electric car charging stations, and rooftop solar panels, along with 1,700 square meters of outdoor recreation space.
