eToro adds 11 new coins, hitting 100 cryptos on the platform
eToro, the trading and investing platform, announced today that it has added 11 new crypto coins, taking the total number of tradable cryptoassets on the platform to 100.
“The launch of these new coins marks an important milestone for eToro,” said Omri Ross, Chief Blockchain Scientist at eToro. “With 100 cryptoassets now on the platform, we renew our commitment to offering customers access to a wide range of investment options and exposure to blockchain innovations.
“This new tranche of assets represent a variety of use cases. We are excited to add recently launched assets such as Starknet (STRK). Starknet has been working on scaling Ethereum with ZK-proofs for over six years and has been instrumental in establishing our understanding of how ZKP will enable us to put crypto in the hands of the first billion users. We’ve also added Rocketpool (RPL), one of the first liquid staking derivative protocols to operate a fully permissionless set of node operators. As always, we urge investors to do their research and understand each use case before investing.”

eToro has been offering retail clients access to the crypto markets since 2013. eToro users can now easily buy, hold and sell the real underlying assets of 100 cryptoassets. For now, these new cryptoassets will not be available to users in the US or Germany.
