SyndiFi, the platform that offers access to real estate investments, was launched in Romania. The founders estimate it will have commercial projects in its portfolio worth over 40 million euros at the end of 2024. The platform for syndicating investments in commercial properties has an agreement signed with a strategic partner for several locations, with a total value of over 25 million euros. In the analysis, there are also procurement projects with a value of 50 million euros.
SyndiFi aims to develop a community of over 1000 individual investors to participate in commercial real estate projects.
SyndiFi’s business model is based on attracting and efficiently operating capital to acquire, manage, and capitalize on commercial property investments. This thereby provides investors with passive income and attractive upside potential.
