Dynamic Business Connections Organizes the Third Edition of the WomEnRISE Conference

Dynamic Business Connections is delighted to invite you to the third edition of the WomEnRISE conference, an event dedicated to innovative and influential women from various fields. The conference will take place on March 12, 2024, at the Cesianu Racoviță Palace (Artmark), and promises a day full of inspiration, learning, and valuable networking opportunities.

WomEnRISE stands under the motto „There is power in connection! There is power in stories! There is power in helping each other succeed!” and aims to bring together participants from all sectors of activity to share experiences, confront common challenges, and explore innovative solutions in a dynamic professional environment.

The event will take place between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM and includes discussion sessions on current topics, special guests, and ample networking opportunities.

With 2 panel discussions on topics such as „Breaking Barriers: Women RISE” and „Innovation: Women Leading Transformation,” the event will feature remarkable speakers, including Mirela Nemțanu – CEO HOSPICE Casa Sperantei, Roxana Ilinca – General Manager TMC Group, Daniela Gavril – Head Of Research CBRE Romania, Anamaria Diaconescu – Director Hellenic Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, Mirela Stere – Human Resources & Internal Communication Executive Macromex, Laura Dragomir – Brand Strategist, Andreea Vasilescu – CEO Premier Catering, and Silvia Uscov – Managing Partner USCOV | Attorneys at Law.

The moderation will be provided by Anca Mazilu, TVR Producer and Cristina Turnagiu Dragna – Marketing and Communication Director at Canal 33.

The keynote speaker for this edition is Lestat Monroe, Founder of the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce, who will share their valuable experience and knowledge.

We will also enjoy the presence of Daniela Palade Teodorescu – journalist, writer, D&I trainer, and ambassador of the #WeAreHalf campaign. Together with Mihaela Tudor, she founded the Solidarity and Equality Association and is involved in lobbying and advocacy for the #WeAreHalf campaign.
