PropTech Romania celebrates Romanian innovations in real estate at the first edition of the Romanian PropTech Awards
PropTech Romania announces the first edition of the Romanian Proptech Awards, an event aimed at celebrating the most promising and innovative Romanian proptech solutions and products designed for the real estate industry.
The event will take place on March 7th at Stup (Serban Voda Street 206, Bucharest), and awards Romanian individuals, organizations, and startups that stand out through innovation, creativity, and excellence in leveraging technology for the sustainable transformation of the real estate industry. This initiative extends an invitation to companies in the real estate sector that are seeking innovative solutions to optimize their businesses.
During this event, PropTech Romania will unveil The PropTech Map, the first comprehensive market report mapping Romanian proptech startups and providing a more elaborate perspective of the industry. The report developed with Activize, the startup market intelligence partner, will focus on real estate management solutions, marketplaces, digitization of spaces with augmented/virtual reality, building technologies and other related areas and will be available to industry players as well as foreign investors and investment funds interested in this vertical.

The Romanian Proptech Awards is part of the Proptech New Horizons platform, which encompasses a series of events organized by Proptech Romania, strategically aimed at developing, supporting, and promoting the Romanian proptech industry.
Following the Romanian PropTech Awards event and the launch of The PropTech Map report, Romanian startups are invited to join the PropTech Romania delegation at MIPIM 2024, taking place between March 13th and 15th in Cannes, France.
