Bonton Luxury Villas has completed the handover of its second phase, featuring 30 luxury villas

 

  • The Bonton Luxury Villas project has successfully sold 65% of its properties, having 34 villas already occupied by residents.

City Garden Residence has successfully completed the handover of the second phase of Bonton Luxury Villas, the project consisting of 66 luxury villas developed in Pipera, following an investment of over 19 million euros. The handover process was carried out for 30 high-quality villas, which will feature all the interior finishes.

The Bonton Luxury Villas project, developed in two phases, is designed to offer an exclusive living experience in the north of Bucharest. Located behind the American School andclose to Băneasa Forest, it provides some of the largest homes on the market, which will ensure the comfort of the entire family, modernly equipped and finished, alongside a private club with a swimming pool and gym.

The Bonton Luxury Villas project has seen successful sales progress, with 65% of the entire residential project already sold. Notably, the first phase, featuring 36 luxury villas, boasts a 95% sales rate. A significant portion of the project’s clientele comprises international buyers. Among these, approximately 70% are end-users who have invested in a family home, while 30% of the buyers are investors attracted by the appealing financial prospects. Renting out a villa within the project offers investors an annual return of approximately 8%, surpassing the average market yield.
